All products are shipped in flat rate USPS boxes. I cover all shipping costs on orders made.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

What’s eligible for return: All products that were purchased within the last 60 days that are in new, unused condition, still in original condition and packaging. Must include all items sent with the product, including but not limited to: care kit, gift box, and cord.

Acceptable return condition: New, unused products, still in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs: Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns if there is nothing wrong with the item ordered. If the return is due to manufacturer defects Wired In Nature will cover the cost of shipping.
